Draft board fell funny and I wasn't able to address defensive depth like I wanted but I actually really like this class. 9. TJ Hockenson, TE I love Hockenson, not sure the Bills will go with him especially at 9, but wanted to try a run through getting a TE locked in early. 40. Erik McCoy, IOL I think McCoy is a guy the Bills will really like, even with Morse signing here, as he is being projected to play guard or center in the NFL and having those 35ish starts at center at Texas A&M gives him the positional flexibility they seek. This could be the new LG or RG. 74. Justice Hill, RB Some much needed youth at the position, a productive back with potential if he can get some of the weaker points in his game coached up. 112. Gerald Willis, DT Some character concerns here but a guy who was highly touted out of high school adds a lot of natural ability to the rotation. 131. Dillon Mitchell, WR Shades of Keenan Allen in his game, a little raw but lots of potential in his game if the team has time to coach him up 147. Tyler Roemer, OT Didn't know anything about him, just calling him a potential dates swing tackle for now 158. Isaiah Johnson, CB Former WR with only two years experience at CB at Houston. Loved what I read in his scouting report, he shows tons of natural feel for the position but just needs time and reps, but a potential starter if he continues to develop. 181. Jalen Hurd, WR I went with a them late. Potential to develop as a player. Hurd is a former RB at Tennessee who converted to WR. Understandably raw at route running but has shown ability that needs to be refined. Time as an RB makes him incredibly slippery in space, and with his size (6'4, 220) he could be a matchup nightmare against safeties or linebackers, even early on in a limited role. 225. Bryce Love, RB 2019 will be a redshirt year for Love following his ACL tear in December. The Bills have shown interest and along with Justice Hill, he would bring a much needed youth infusion to the position by 2020. 228. Khalil Hodge, LB Local guy for the last pick because why not board fell funny on me too, no trades allowed. All of our favorites were drafted by 9 so, went 6 rounds 9: R1P9 TE T.J. mjt328 Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 I think the chances of us going D-Line at #9 are immensely high. There are generally considered two elite/can't miss prospects (Nick Bosa and Quinnen Williams), who have no chance falling to us. Josh Allen is probably a slight notch below those two, and also has no chance of falling out of the Top 5. Being the top QB, Kyler Murray is a lock for Top 5. With New York/Oakland drafting before us and Denver/Miami/Washington trade up options, I think there is a very good chance Dwayne Haskins also goes before #9. This particular class of RBs, CBs and Safeties is considered weak, and will need to be overdrafted to make the Top 10. Interior O-Line only goes Top 10 when there is an elite prospect. And I don't see one in this group. In my opinion, that leaves the following 11 realistic options at #9. Six of the guys on this list are on the DL. Depending on the QB situation, I see at least 7-8 of these guys being available at our pick. DK Metcalf, WR TJ Hockinson, TE Jawaan Taylor, OT Jonah Williams, OT Montez Sweat, DE Brian Burns, DE Clelin Ferrell, DE Rashan Gary, DT Ed Oliver, DT Christian Wilkins, DT Devon White, LB 1

jaycorp51 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I traded down one time with Arizona (who traded down with Oakland) and acquired two additional second round picks. Lots of OL in this mock, but I thought the value in those rounds was too good to pass up. That being said, I don't think the site has the player grades and team needs updated/accurate. 1
