Im going with 2 crushes...OL Dalton Risner and WR Deebo Samuel

edit: just wanted to add that whatever player I want never seems to be the pick, so I fully expect Buffalo to NOT draft these two guys :)

These 2 players are the right answer. N'Keal Harry is NOT what we need. Slow, aligator arms, body catches... We've seen that before folks. Risner is exactly what our line needs (whether he plays OT or C) and Samuel is the kind of WR that can dominate in today's NFL. If the Bills get both of these guys I'll be over the moon with joy. If we take Harry, I'll be extremely disappointed in Beane.

I am really liking what I am hearing about Risner.  He is certainly rising fast it seems.

My draft crush is N'Keal Harry.  His highlight real is like WR Porn.  I also really like Metcalf, expecting a big combine from him.

Harry looks awesome. We NEED a guy who can make contested catches badly. That's his game.

Jesus that guy can catch also looked like he had to come back on a lot of them.

Yes. He was routinely underthrown.

I Want to trade back to the 20s and get Hock. he has a broad 6' 5" frame and athleticism that matches the top TEs in the game and only a sophomore. You could see a ton of growth in this highlight alone

This is my pick...I like the most.

I like Dalton but I really hope he can be a stud Center and lead the OL.

Also like Hakeem Butler, and less talked about Preston Williams.

Im no expert on him, but if hes considered a 2nd round guy, or late first, wouldnt 9 be a big reach?  Or has he risen that far up boards?

It depends on which board, I imagine. I kinda think many teams rate OL higher than many draft sites, for a number of reasons. I think most teams are realizing that you just can't get away with a good LT and some fill ins. The gap between LT and RT has diminished. And with the current buzz of how rare plug and play OL are now, they've become a hot commodity for the discerning GM. I'd bet most scouting depts. have him rated higher.

If he solidifies the right side of the line...I don't see it as a reach at all. On the other hand, if you wait, there's a good chance that he..and others are gone by the second. Its how we ended up with CK.

I have no problem using a first on a Kevlar vest for Allen.

And most importantly, after a pancake block, it will be fun to say this...

Josh Allen - No chance of him at #9 though and I wouldn't move up.

Dalton Risner - I'd prefer trading back with someone like Washington but I'd strongly consider him where we're at. He's nasty and our line could use that.

Anthony Johnson in the - 2nd. I like the idea of a UB player on the team and he fits a need.

Starting off with Risner, Johnson and a TE would be a solid start to the draft.

This guy.  He's talented.  He's a bruiser.  He's a leader.  The Bills OL sure could use a leader like this.  Almost has Tebo like leadership qualities.

Josh Jacobs-  best rb in the draft imo.

Deebo Samuel, but I worry that he’s always going to be hurt.

Not sure how Bean is going to approach this but Risner will be a Bill. Either trade back pick up some extra picks and draft arisner or draft a stud DL at #9 and then trade back up to the 20s and get Risner also. But I have a very good feeling he will be a Buffalo Bill next year.

Just saw a mock where Jacksonville took Risner at pick no. 6 in the first round.

This one has Risner going pick #11.

The Bills may have to take him at #9 if he's there.

Love Josh Allen but I'll settle for Clenin Ferrell.

WR Tyre Brady is going to be an absolute steal on day 3. Just hoping he doesn't shoot up the board.

I agree, I think LB Josh Allen is the best player in this draft class imo. I think we select Clelin Ferrell as our pass rusher if we don't pick one up in FA.

Is risner a guard or tackle?

He played tackle in college and seems to have the size for it. He also seems to have a diverse enough skillset that a switch to the interior wouldn't be out of the question. I even saw a Twitter debate over whether or not CENTER would actually be his best position.

Me? I would start him out at right tackle and, worst case scenario, he slides inside to guard, a la Zack Martin.

I have two favorite players who I'm not advocating to draft at our current spot but wouldn't mind seeing either one of them being selecting with a lower pick/s: DE Winovich from Michigan and TE Hockenson from Iowa.
