wppete Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 A clear penalty. On the refs. NRC was doing his job. 1

Lurker Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Just now, DC Tom said: What area's that, the field of play? Tom, I know you're smart enough to know where the Referee stands on each play to ask a rhetorical question like that... 1

TD Getting a penalty called there is basically the death penalty for your team's chances. The Saints would have run the clock down to about 20 seconds or so and at minimum had a FG attempt. If they score a TD on that play, you have about 1:40 and a timeout to drive the field. 1

The Now Moment Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Time to implement more technology into refereeing. Time to modernize that embarrassing area in the business. 5

I’m talking about getting rid of referrees. As long as you have humans making these calls, they will never be perfect. If you are a business owner of a huge business, you find solutions to problems, not put bandaids on them. 1

This seems like an attempt to appease them. As a matter of fact, the Rams are 7-0 in games officiated by the SB crew....are they gonna petition that?? Lol They may send a petition but Kraft sends a large check. Roughing the passer my a$$. 1
Augie Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 The refs who didn’t see the NRC hit apparently transferred their thoughts to the refs who saw the hit on Brady’s face mask, which never happened. We have the wrong two teams in the Super Bowl this year. Sucks. IMO 2

#34fan Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 Very shady officiating in both games. The shield probably thinks more people will watch a Rams-Patsy matchup. 1
row_33 Posted January 21, 2019 Posted January 21, 2019 That was a bad missed call in the first game oh well
