bills6969 Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Clear evidence today by that atrocious missed DPI. The worst missed call I have ever seen in a football game and its not even debatable. Obviously, the refs were instructed to manipulate the game for a favorable Rams outcome. There will be corruption in any organization with a lot of $$$$ - I have no doubt there is funny business happening within the NFL FO. 4 1 2
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 yuuuuuup gotta pimp that LA team. Seats to sell in a 2 billion dollar stadium ya know? 4 1

MJS Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Bad calls in lots of games. Bad calls are just bad calls. Nothing to do with rigging the games. 10

Sometimes I think it can be a personal vendetta or desire of the official. I also believe the NFL props up the teams they need to be successful to promote there product. Lets just say that the Bills and Browns and Raiders can lose and still get supported by their fanbase. Where as others teams (ehhem coughcoughNEpats) will have empty stadiums and low merch sales. Sometimes calls just get missed. Edited January 20, 2019 by formerlyofCtown 1

Its inexcusable to miss a call at point in the game of this magnitude. The flag there basically ends the game. Edited January 20, 2019 by bills6969 1
oldmanfan Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 How do you miss that call? Textbook interference. 1

TigerJ Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 I don't know whether it was deliberate or not, but the no-call on Nickel-Robey absolutely changed the outcome of the game. It's a real shame. 1
Coach Tuesday Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 Conspiracy theories are soooooo lame. Not rigged, just plain ole American incompetence. 7 1

HappyDays Posted January 20, 2019 Posted January 20, 2019 I wonder if this will force the league's hand and DPIs will become challengeable.
