Golden Goat Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 If it's true that he signed for less than $1 million -- Even with the suspension, that's a helluva bargain for Cleveland.
YoloinOhio Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Cleveland is the worst place for him to be. It would be like Chad Kelly in Buffalo. 1 minute ago, Golden Goat said: If it's true that he signed for less than $1 million -- Even with the suspension, that's a helluva bargain for Cleveland. Mopreme Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Bills blew it by not signing him. Who cares about the PR? He made a mistake. This country is built on second chances. Hunt could have been the perfect transition from McCoy. 1
NewEra Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Just doesn’t make sense to me. I feel Chubb is a better Rb and this is a distraction the team doesn’t need.
IDBillzFan Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Forgive the diversion, but let the Hunt signing serve as a final notice to any of you who think the reason Kaep is unemployed is because of skin color. Black guy hangs dogs from trees and drowns them in a bucket of water. Gets a job. Black guy kicks a woman. Gets a job. Black guy sucks at QB. Has no job. Just that simple. Sidenote: I hate that Hunt got picked up. His actions should have career-ending implications. The NFL now says it's okay if you treat a woman badly so long as you apologize and wait a while until the incident passes.

They need to address the RB position somehow. This apparently made too much sense.

But Gordon's probably done and Hunt can still carve out a great career if he steers clean going forward. Strange it's the Browns given their RB situation but I see the asset flip idea, as some are suggesting, they could potentially have at the position seeing how it pans out over Hunt's and Chubb's rookie contracts the next few years. Coach Tuesday Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Whatever. The Browns are actually trying to WIN GAMES. Beane should focus on adding football players who can help the team win games. I stand by my view that Beane will be out of a job come January 2020.

Surprising for sure. It isn't low risk though. It will really annoying their young star RB, and it sends a terrible message to the locker room 1

KC definitely missed him, even though they continued to score points. him and Kamara are the strongest RB assets you can have right now IMO.. Saquon probably in those ranks. The top 5 RBs between those 3, Zeke and Gurley (Bell a dark horse) is pretty interchangeable to me, so I'm going off contract status. 1
davspo Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Cleveland got better today. The Bills did not. If they had a chance at singing him for anything less than double what Cleveland is paying him, they made a mistake. 1

They brought a hugely toxic element into their locker room. And annoyed their young star RB in the process If I'm the Bills I'm ringing up Cleveland and offering them a 2nd round pick for Chubb. If they are stupid enough to sign Hunt, they might just be stupid enough to go for it Edited February 11, 2019 by Mountain Man 1
