My biggest issue with this hire, is the TE coach for so long.  If all that experience was with the O line, I would be fine.

I really think these hires tell us how other NFL personnel feel about McBeane's job security outside of Buffalo.

FA could get ugly.

YEAH! I mean look at Sean Mcvay, he would never waste time as a TE coach.  Oh wait, he did?  WTF?  Assistant TE coach?  ***** loser.

I won't pretend to know anything about this guy, but why not hire the Colts O-line coach and not the assistant?

If the rumors are true of how he treated Denzelle Good, he's a pos!

Wow, seems like that is bottom of the barrel.

This stinks.

I seriously do not care one bit who we have as position coaches. There is no way fans know if these guys are good or bad.

Look above you @MJS.....he knows...just ask him

I’m glad he’s relatively young and heavily involved. OL schemes are evolving significantly these days, including tactics and utilizing the whole room on GameDay as befits the weeks’ opponent.

Plus, if Frank likes him, I like him..

Also coached Rodger Saffold back in Indiana. Maybe a strategic move to lure him and Glowinski from Indy?

Why not?

Besides, what the hell do we know...

I feel like we got the most out of the OL personnel during the Gailey years- the personnel wasn't amazing but the unit functioned well as a whole.

Part of the reason those OLs looked good was because Fitz was pretty good at getting rid of the ball quickly. I'm sure speeding up the snap to throw time will be a big focus for Josh and the coaching staff this season.

Saffold doesn't need coaching.

McDermott needs to grow a beard so they all match.

Decent pedigree in recent years. The Colts line was fantastic last year, and the Raiders the the couple of years before.

Not only were they good, they were REALLY bad in recent years, so they turned them around fast.
