Maybe he didn't want to come here? They have to agree to terms this isn't a coaching draft. You do realize talent wise our OL looks awful right now. 1
Philo Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Meh, the disdain for this hire does not come close to that for the ST coordinator. Maybe the future WR coach thread will be more entertaining 1
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 (edited) I feel like we got the most out of the OL personnel during the Gailey years- the personnel wasn't amazing but the unit functioned well as a whole. Edited January 15, 2019 by 2018 Our Year For Sure 2
bills_fan Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Can he bring RG Glowinski with him? Cause then this is a steal. 1 1 1

If all that experience was with the O line, I would be fine. I really think these hires tell us how other NFL personnel feel about McBeane's job security outside of Buffalo. FA could get ugly. What are you smoking? These are position coaches dude! How does this impact FA by any means? Edited January 15, 2019 by Real McCoy 1

BillsfaninChicago Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 (edited) I totally get this frustration! I really thought we had a chance at Andy Reid for Special Teams coach and Sean McVay for Oline but we decided to go with these lesser known names for some unexplained reason. One Buffalo Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Looking for a Carolina connection... so far I can't find one. Not sure how he got hired? 1
416BillsFan Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Hopefully he'll have good players to work with. There will be a lot of competition in free agency and the draft with the Texans, Cardinals, and others.
