I won't pretend to know anything about this guy, but why not hire the Colts O-line coach and not the assistant?

Maybe he didn't want to come here?  They have to agree to terms this isn't a coaching draft. You do realize talent wise our OL looks awful right now.

Meh, the disdain for this hire does not come close to that for the ST coordinator. Maybe the future WR coach thread will be more entertaining :D

My biggest issue with this hire, is the TE coach for so long.  If all that experience was with the O line, I would be fine.

I really think these hires tell us how other NFL personnel feel about McBeane's job security outside of Buffalo.

FA could get ugly.

What are you smoking? These are position coaches dude!

How does this impact FA by any means?

Wow, seems like that is bottom of the barrel.

This stinks.

This is a shocking response from you. Absolutely shocking.

Question: Does being relentlessly pessimistic EVER get old? Like...do you have days where its just hard to get out of bed?

You're like a one-man greatest hits reel. Just awesome stuff from you. You've really topped yourself.

I totally get this frustration! I really thought we had a chance at Andy Reid for Special Teams coach and Sean McVay for Oline but we decided to go with these lesser known names for some unexplained reason.

Reich hired this guy, he did not hire DeGuglielmo.

I don't like his eyebrows he's not fit for the job.???

He looks like he should be on a terrorist watch list.  Other than that, just fine.

From what I remember, Joe D was a good OL coach. Hopefully it has rubbed off.

Seriously? what were you expecting? Bill Cowher?

Hell yeah!  With the ‘Cowher Glower’, the opposition’s DL will just run screaming in fear in the other direction.  Unless of course, it’s the Jets we’re playing.  Those guys will be veterans in how to avoid being intimidated by eye contact.
