Steptide Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 I'm rooting for the eagles, but I think a saints/Patriots superbowl would be pretty fun, though I hope kc beats them by 30 next week

y2zipper Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 That was an excellent faceguard Tate initiated contact but didn't extend his arm and the defender didn't grab him. But if the pass isn't an underthrow Tate catches it.

Dopey Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 So Philly is down a starting RG and now LT Peters. Not good.

Big C Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 More of a hold than PI, not much of a difference on that particular play.

As a neutral fan you notice one thing about the refs - they aren't out to get the Bills they're just equal opportunity screw-ups. And while over the course of a season the good & bad calls probably cancel each other out, in the playoffs that isn't the case and this is where the inconsistency of the refs rears its ugly head and impacts game outcomes. Us moaning about it every Sunday has not changed a single thing.....if anything, the NFL has proven many times they don't listen to fans complaints or rarely do.....so if you are aware of the 1st 2 statement, and know it's coming, why bother moaning...just enjoyed the game the way it is...or you will always end up disappointed........ 1
PetermansRedemption Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 Eagles running out of opportunity. If the Saints score any points here the game is pretty much over.

What you are saying makes sense, it's just difficult for some of us to adapt to.
GunnerBill Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 Here is the issue with Foles.... once you take the threat of the run away and the RPO is a non factor and he becomes a traditional drop back Quarterback.... the results are often ugly.
LSHMEAB Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 (edited) Folestragic starting to take effect. Terrible third down pass on the most critical play of the game thus far. Not sure they'll get another shot down only one score. Edited January 14, 2019 by LSHMEAB
