Out. Reportedly not coming back. Kind of an Anthony Lynn situation when he didn’t get the job here.

Introducing...your new Secretary of the Interior! (As soon as funding becomes available). He aced his non-interview by popular demand.

The Dirk Koetter special. Afraid your OC who seemed to be doing well with your rookie QB would leave, so you promote him to be your new HC. Obviously they'll hope this works out better than it did in Tampa.

He will simply choose from the other 31 HC offers on his desk!  ?

Gregg Williams is a tool but somehow he is becoming more likeable, or is it just me?  He reminds me of the 1993 version of Roseanne, accept for football.  And he did do a cery nice job with Cleveland.

I'm dead serious, this is a nice move by Cleveland.

After reading what he has been able to do recently this is obviously not the sexy choice, but probably better overall for development and team continuity.

AGREED. They made a great decision and retain the coach-QB chemistry. A SMART move... great GM, up and coming team with a roster coming together nicely, and of course Browns fans are passionate and patient if the progress continues.

I think it was a good move by the Browns to move away from Gregg Williams.  At the first sign of adversity next season, the Williams led Browns would turn on each other and there's be Locker-room issues (kind of like Marrone with the Jags).  Just my opinion.

I can't help but feel like one of LaFleur, Kingsbury, Kitchens is going to be the next "McVey" and the other ones are going to be a complete dumpster fire, and I don't know which it will be (but in fairness, I'm not sure the teams do either).
