Bill from NYC Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Who are you? 290230 The guy who thinks that blocking isn't so important, and that Travis Henry is a great back? Ring a bell?
Alaska Darin Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 What if he ends up with 80,000 yards? 290222 I'd reevaluate. I don't hate Drew Bledsoe. I just think he's been a very overrated QB for a long time. I sincerely hope he finds what he's lost because he's one of the game's good guys.

Tcali Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 If Drew Bledsoe makes the HoF, he'll be the worst pure QB in the house. Not even close. Modern Era: Quarterbacks (21) Terry Bradshaw 1970-1983 Len Dawson 1957-1975 John Elway 1983-1998 Dan Fouts 1973-1987 Otto Graham 1946-1955 Bob Griese 1967-1980 Sonny Jurgensen 1957-1974 Jim Kelly 1986-1996 Bobby Layne 1948-1962 Dan Marino 1983-1999 Joe Montana 1979-1994 Joe Namath 1965-1977 Bart Starr 1956-1971 Roger Staubach 1969-1979 Fran Tarkenton 1961-1978 Y.A. Tittle 1948-1964 Johnny Unitas 1956-1973 Norm Van Brocklin 1949-1960 Bob Waterfield 1945-1952 Steve Young 1985-1999 290103 Pat Haden...given the same talent Drew had to work with--would win way more games than Drew.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 math 290216 What math helps Bledsoe? Why not have Joe Ferguson go into the hall of fame? He had a fair amount of passing yards. Bledsoe in the hall of fame? After all the low-lights that have been made in the last few years? Every time one of the NFL pre-game shows does a highlight on a defensive player, they show Bledsoe getting sacked, getting picked, fumbling. Plenty of highlights for the Patriettes.
