DC Tom Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 Watching the Battle of Winterfell again, and I noticed that one of the wights Jorah Mormot kills is carrying a Dothraki scimitar. That's a nice bit of attention to detail. 1
/dev/null Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 rewatched Season 8 Episode 4 Noticed the coffee cup Had to fast forward thru Jon's farewell to Winterfell. That part where he just ignored Ghost on his way out was a serious dick move Missandre's execution scene featured several close ups of Dany with her green eyes
Doc Brown Posted May 12, 2019 Posted May 12, 2019 (edited) Odds are that people will be disappointed with the final two episodes as everybody has a different version in their head how they want it to end. The writing was on the wall last episode for Dany to go mad........or to get people feel sympathy for her and will be rooting for her to take the throne. Should be interesting which way this goes. I highly doubt there's another dragon and the most likely surprise on Euron's face is pry Dany actually being smart for once and attacking them from straight up out of the scorpians range. This.

The dragon Euron "killed" isn't actually dead (he "saw it fall in to the sea," he didn't see it die.) Tyrion finds the injured-but healing dragon at Dragonstone, and is the Dwarfus-ex-Dracharyia for this episode.

May Day 10 Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Lame Figured there would be more deaths in the second last episode 1
DC Tom Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 If Masie Williams doesn't win an Emmy for that performance, the Emmys are completely worthless. That was phenomenal. 8
May Day 10 Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 That was the greatest hour of television of all time And i have been a fair critic of this show 2

You do know that when you donate your brain to science, you're not supposed to let them take it until you're dead? 2 1
Doc Brown Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Well, the show runners didn't play it safe. Fricken Targs. Jon's going to have to kill her now even though he didn't want it. 1

DrDawkinstein Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Well that was just a straight forward ass-kicking. Damn, Dany. So we've come full circle to a tyrannical Targaryen on the throne? Who is the next King (Queen) Slayer?

During the parlay / execution of Missandre scene, there were several shots of Dany's green eyes 2
frostbitmic Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 That was epic ... I'm exhausted after watching tonight. 1

It'll pry be Jon though even though he doesn't want it. The look on his face is like.... "I should've listened to Sansa."

May Day 10 Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 I still think the iron throne/king will be abolished. 7 kingdoms will prevail 1
ocemur Posted May 13, 2019 Posted May 13, 2019 Those Clegane boys know how have a fight. I love that at that moment, the giant dragon raining hell down upon a city is just background.
