I think Jackson gets 1 more series.  No score = Flacco.

This ain’t crazy....Harbaugh will try to win the game not protect egos

How about the Chargers defense?

Totally shut down the run.

Yup...they are a very solid team.  I think they'll have a shot at NE.

No I don't even disagree with you, I'm just saying one season of 4000 yards doesn't prove anything. Derek Carr had 2 seasons where he was just shy of 4000 yards and over 26 TDs. QBs sometimes look good for a season or two before falling off the map. I thought this was pretty common knowledge among NFL fans.

It literally does prove that you're a better passer than one of the worst passing starting QB in the NFL.

Derek Carr is a better passer than LJ.  Bortles is a better passer than LJ.  That's it.

Blake Bortles threw for 4400 yards and 35 TDs his 2nd season. Not trying to compare him with Watson but it takes more than one good year to prove anything.

No one's saying it doesn't take more than a season. The difference is Watson looked good his rookie season before the injury and then followed it up again with another very good season. Oh and his YPA stayed nearly identical and he was over 60% completion both years. Blake did neither of those. The comparison was Jackson to Watson as a passer... a horrible comparison.

River's football iq, in game awareness and ability to read coverage in breathtaking. I havent seen a smart performance all game long from a qb like this in a long damn time.

Chargers defense has been good all year. I'm not surprised at how they have played.

Lamar Jackson is 2 of 8 for 17 yards and 1 INT.

Not really what you'd call "playoff winning" football, is it?

Maybe. Most don't last. But small sample size. Vick was a gimmick QB. Russell Wilson ran a ton of RPO his first 2 years.. like what's your definition of a gimmick QB. Because Lamar is taking gimmick to a whole new level. Him and Vick are the only gimmick QB's by Lamar's standard. Idk how that means gimmick QB's never last. He's the Ravens franchise regardless

Vick didnt last... I think he managed 1 full season as a starter. Jackson cant even hit wide open WR's.

Dude, Jackson is not in the same league as Vick as s passer, and Vick was not an exceptional passer.

Boomer just said: "Listen, Lamar Jackson is fine; he's a good athlete."

That's QB code for "I'm not going to single anyone out and throw them under the bus, but he sucks."

Chargers score starting the third might be too late

give the chargers defense credit

I was concerned with the west coast team early start time today and chargers are playing really good

He’s truly fun to watch. Just a master tactician who knows how to set up defenses as well as any QB to ever lace ‘em up.
