With their clapping? Now the Bills don't have to consider blowing #9 on a LT, right? Just put in a new line coach and, presto! 2 2

Meazy26 Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Sean Kugler, OL coach from Denver is a guy I got my eye on for a replacement. Coached our OL for a few years back in the day. Maybe he could bring Matt Paradise with him. 6 1

JoeF Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Daboll kept the entire O staff except for Phil McGeoghan. I hope they allow at least this hire and a real QB coach.
Saint Doug Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 One down, another to go. Danny, you're up next.

One thing about McDermott, he knows how to separate personal and professional feelings, at least with his coaches. Castillo and McDermott have known each other when they both coaching Philly over a decade ago. It is somewhat surprising that he’d fire him, but it clearly was needed and just like with Dennison, he made the tough decision. With that being said, I will be floored if Crossman is not fired 1

A good coach doesn't rely on "big names", but works with what he is given. What happens when these "big names" go down with injuries? The wheels of great teams don't fall off. 2
CookieG Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 He was part of the problem, but the far larger problem was the lack of talent. Guys like Vlad, Newhouse and Bodine were bad before they ever got here. That's on McBeane. 3

cba fan Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 They just needed to go in another direction clearly, however, no one could have made this group of lineman even average. Coach takes the fall most times. 1
ChanticleerBillsFan Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Don’t really know many “good” OL coaches. Any ideas on who they may have in mind that would be a good hire?

Well, I hope we can get a good replace. As for Crossman, I expect him to go next.

Green Lightning Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 He didn't have a lot to work with, but somehow he made it even worse. Sayonara. 3
