So is McDermott going to fire any of the assistants on the hot seat?

If so, when?

So far, the silence out of OBD has been deafening.

McDermott cares about running a meticulous, professional organization.  For him, it seems its more important to take the time to do a thorough review  and then make important decisions.  I could be wrong, but it seems that has always been his M.O. For example, I recall it taking a few days for Dennison to be fired last year.

Get out of here with the dramatic BS. The season isn’t even 24 hours in the grave.

Anyone remember how long it took to announce the firing of Dennison? Might be a similar time frame.

Bills lost to Jacksonville in the 2018 playoff game -- January 7, 2018.

Rick Dennison fired -- January 12, 2018.

They both walked in McDermotts office and praised the process so they are safe for 2019

Honestly, I just don't get posts like this...

Is this supposed to be funny? Or are you serious?

So what?

Are we in a race to fire staff coaches?

Why drag your feet?  McD has a whole season worth of work to evaluate.  Just get it over with an move on to finding new coordinators and position coaches.

Thats how he does it.  Take a look at the Rick Dennison firing.  It takes a few days

Is the three days going to make the difference?

The man is meticulous.  Let him do his thing.

I just hope it don't take him as long to can Crossman & Castillo as it did for them to realize Nate Pickoffman had to go

Crossman should've been gone a few weeks ago.

To me this was always stupid. Once we were out of playoff contention, what's the point in firing an assistant coach. Just let them play out the year and then get rid of them.
