So wait. You fire your long time HC because he's not good enough for the job, but you'll take his recommendation on who to hire? Very strange.

Very strange. i'll tell you what strange is... even considering a guy to be your head coach who has an overall head coaching record of 11-44-1. with the last three years of that record being 3-36-1.
