Bray Wyatt Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 would we have to let him and shaq battle it out in the octagon first if we were to sign him? 1

Him n Shady as a 1A and 1B could be interesting. If he doesn't buy in cut him Immediately. Yikes! How about they just move on? Bills need to draft a RB, not continue with declining production vets. Sheesh... 1

Trent Richardson sucked. Worst runningback IQ I've seen. Fournette's just a head case. But so so so much better. There's way better comparisons to make here lol. 1

Bleeding Bills Blue Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 Can they void the bonus money and keep him?? That doesn't really make sense. I could see them maybe getting out of the bonus money if they release him maybe? It's a fully guaranteed contract and he was docked game checks for every game he missed due to suspensions. 16 minutes ago, Mr. WEO said: Yikes! How about they just move on? RochesterRob Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 I would not mind him on a team friendly and knucklehead proof contract.

It's the guarantes that are voided not the money. They are paying him the same amount as before, but it's no longer guaranteed. So they can cut him and have no dead money
dezertbill Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 Dumb move by Jags. Good luck getting any big time FA's with GTD money to come play for you.

Yes they get refunded for games while he's suspended, and can even demand a refund for the portion of the bonus money attributed to the games missed by suspension. What's voided is his remaining future guarantees, which means his guaranteed salary (2019 - 2020) is no longer guaranteed.

BillyWhiteShows Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 Again, David Caldwell will Trade a Top 5 pick for a return of around a 3rd rounder. How he still has a job is beyond me!
Orlando Buffalo Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 The way he runs is not the way you want a pro to run. As a pro you must advoid contact as much as possible- no long term back beside AP looks for contact and survives amd even he has lost entire seasons.
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 He’s definitely not good. I think he’s borderline the most overrated player in the league. I will say though he absolutely ran us over and had he not been thrown out, we would have lost that game. For whatever reason he brought it that day but overall I still don’t think he’s good. 1
Buffalo86 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 This is what happens when your agent is Jay-Z. 1
FearLess Price Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 Punishing a player for sticking up for the team on the field? Even if out of line thats not enough. There was def bad blood brewing, its probobly a lot of things combined not just the fight. I could imagine Fortunette and a 2nd or 3rd round pick going to Oakland for Derrek Carr.
ghostwriter Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 I'd much rather have Yeldon. LF cant catch. Allen needs a dual threat at RB. LF would of been a HOFer in the 70s or 80s but not in today's NFL. If he came at the veteran minimum...... maybe..
Big Turk Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 (edited) Stupid pick by the Jags to begin with at pick 4...dude wasn't ever going to be a Gurley/Barkley type generational back in the NFL...they basically turned the clock back to 1984 with that pick... Edited January 1, 2019 by matter2003
