Barkley disappeared for whole games at a time, and Jackson has played well but has mostly benefitted from a great cast and good play call. Baker has had a huge impact on that team. Really? Imagine what he could have done if he didn't... Rushed for over 1300 yards at 5 YPC and caught 91 passes for 721 yards...2000+ yards rushing/receiving as a rookie...that's damn impressive

He definitely is close, and I wouldn’t even put up much of an argument either way. Just that he had a lot of games where he wasn’t a factor.
John from Riverside Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 As much as I hate to say it its Baker for me. Under his QB leadership went from zero wins or whatever to how many wins?
NewEra Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 Mayfield is the biggest impact player but I’d give the Roy OT Barkley. Although mayfield is one of the most impressive QBss I’ve seen.
auburnbillsbacker Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 Lamar or Baker in my opinion. Those players made their team much better. Barkley didn't.
YoloinOhio Posted December 31, 2018 Author Posted December 31, 2018 I added Phillip Lindsay. Didn’t mean to overlook him, tremendous year on an offense that was not very talented. Especially as a UDFA.
