Maybe Gabbert > Newton is too much stuck in my mind.

Lol. Nobody's perfect. I'll give you that one.

Mayock has a good record from what I have seen, with some obvious misses.

He's also much easier to listen to when he speaks about stuff than guys like McShay and Kiper who enjoy the sound of their voice.

Maybe they can bring Rob Riggle or Frank Caliendo in to run the marketing side of things while they’re at it. Don’t matter if it’s father or son, Davis gon’ Davis.

I”m just watching the KC Oak game and Oakland just doesn’t look like a well coached team.

Neither was Uganda under Idi Amin...

He could get Caliendo to hide behind a curtain (ala ‘the great and powerful Oz!’), and tell everyone it’s Madden barking out orders.

Yeah that was wild but I still like Mayock a lot overall as a draft analyst and tv personality. No idea if he’d make a good GM but that can’t be a very desirable job at this point in oakland (can we even call them oakland anymore? Seems like they’re a team without a city at this point.)

plus I am biased I went to BC so i’ve always liked watching mayock.
