mannc Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 I’m sure others have said this, but Kyle is easily the best Bill of the post-Super Bowl era. 1 1
Like A Mofo Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Love that Kyle Williams is retiring on his own, most athletes do not get that option to decide when they are leaving the game. And Kyle is doing it in style, right at home in Buffalo. As well as we all know our fellow Buffalo Bills family, I know for sure Bills fans will send him off tremendously. Kyle Williams will be on the Bills Wall Of Fame and will be a legend in Buffalo sports lore for many many years to come Thank you Kyle!

buffaloboyinATL Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 I remember the moment we drafted him. I called a buddy who is a lifelong LSU fan and asked him what he thought. He said he would quickly become a fan favorite and he wasn't wrong. I remember that day vividly. Time flies... 2

tbarg12 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 At least it wasn’t at halftime. Kyle will be missed for sure
26CornerBlitz Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 That's it from McDermott with the entire presser shockingly about Kyle.
Bill from NYC Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 I remember a play where he sacked Manziel. He had a clean shot at him and might have killed him if he really wanted to hurt him. He did not. Kyle was a complete gentleman. 2
Jay_Fixit Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 One thing Marv did right as a GM. Meatball Baby!!!!!
Nextmanup Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Sorry to see him go but this day has been coming for a while. I agree Lorax is a natural replacement for Kyle as a defensive leader if not team leader.
ColoradoBills Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Thanks for the memories Kyle. Let's see him on offense one more time. Catch a TD? 1
BuffAlone Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Thank you Meatball for pouring your heart and soul into a very dysfunctional organization for the majority of your career. Enjoy your family!

Too bad the grunts in the trenches get passed up alot. The ranking for career Buffalo Bill DT's is: 1. Tom Sestak 2. Kyle Williams 3. Fred Smerlas So Kyle is essentially a guaranteed Wall of Famer. As far as his league-wide reputation goes, it's interesting to note that he's finishing 183rd at the moment in official NFL career sacks. The vast majority of the 182 in front of him are DE's and pass-rushing OLB's, so I don't know how he ranks exactly as a pass-rushing DT in the league. But it's probably very respectable. 2

Bills in a rout with Kyle getting a sack and offensive td. Sunday is all about Meatball..... 1
mead107 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Maybe next year he can come to the TBD home opener tailgate party ? 2
