While we always hoped it will be "one more year" , it is totally understandable. Happy retirement. Thank you for your contributions.

Probably decided it was time and wanted to give the fans a heads up so that he can play his last home game the right way. I really hope he stays involved with the organization going forward.
WhoTom Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Fare thee well, Kyle! Glad you were part of the drought-ending team.
Just Joshin' Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 A class act who will be missed. Watching him play was a plus to being a Bills fan.
whatdrought Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Tannehill should read this news and be slightly worried for his safety. That D-line will be hunting.
eball Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Spread just jumped to Bills -10 (ok, not really, but anyone who thinks the Fish have a chance in this one are fooling themselves) 1

Buffalo03 Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 He needs to stay around the team in some capacity. He would be a tremendous coach and his lockerroom speeches make players wanna run through a wall for him
Hapless Bills Fan Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 Then Kyle should be leading the charge. 1

But I think he's the kind of guy who doesn't make those speeches unless he's out there giving it his all. 1

BillsVet Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 13 years at DT is really amazing. Probably the best 5th round or later pick in team history. It's going to be different next season without him.
