If it doesn’t already, throwing an INT that results in the other team getting 2 points should count as an INT against the QB throwing it.

First time I’ve seen a defensive return for two since the rule.

Me to.  That alone was worth watching this game.  Pretty cool play and a real risk when you're going for 2.

It's also like a safety in that Carolina still gets the ball back after the score.

Two point attempt was intercepted . Before the rule change, that would simply be a dead ball. Pretty crazy change in complexion of the game.

Ditto.

Do they call that a pick-two? ?

I hadn’t heard it called that, but the MNF announcer said it shortly after the play so I’d guess yes.

Oh - I had the sound turned down so I didn't hear it.

I don’t blame you. Let’s just say compared with some of the past MNF announcers, the current crew leaves something to be desired !

Panthers call two TOs on the same play......can't begin to imagine the reaction if McD does that in a game the Bills are trailing by 3 with two minutes to go.....

Edit:  no, I don't dislike that rule.  Protect the ***** ball at the goal line.

I don’t dislike the rule. That’s was a very heady play by the defender. The rule actually makes sense as there is nowhere else you can place the ball.
