My son had a friend who, at 13, would come over to play Xbox, but would actually spend his time video chatting with any number of different girls. Thankfully, my son couldn't understand why his friend would come over to do one thing  but then ignore my son and just walk around chatting with a girl.  We ultimately discussed the concept of a 'dog.'

 

Moonves is what happens when a dog gets lots of money and power. Hollywood is what happens when people are willing to ignore the dog for their own slice of money and power.
