Thankfully, my son couldn't understand why his friend would come over to do one thing but then ignore my son and just walk around chatting with a girl. We ultimately discussed the concept of a 'dog.' Moonves is what happens when a dog gets lots of money and power. Hollywood is what happens when people are willing to ignore the dog for their own slice of money and power.
