DisplacedBillsFan Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 This is pretty cool and something different for this time of year (it is more like an offseason post). I really like the Bills concept/colors as well as the Lions, Vikings and Eagles. https://247sports.com/ContentGallery/Combining-NFL-helmets-with-the-colors-of-local-college-teams-119959419/#119959419_1 3

I dig it. ...I also just plain dig that buffalo, as well as the standing still one.
dpberr Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 The NFL would have an absolute goldmine in apparel sales with this idea. 2

boyst Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) I like it Surprised back when monochrome was big that no teams did a monochrome scheme. Also surprised now one has gone to a pixelated bitmap scheme like that damn Minecraft game. Edited December 5, 2018 by Boyst62

The Jags should change to that color scheme immediately.
Seasons1992 Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 I love these. They are weird and beautiful. The Colts in red and the Chiefs in blue are trippy. 1

dollars 2 donuts Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) @Royale with Cheese Man...black Jersey, with blue numbers with white and black striping on cuffs, white pants with black/blue/white striping and charging buffalo, blue sock tops. Cool. Edited December 5, 2018 by dollars 2 donuts
LeGOATski Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Chargers, Dolphins, and Falcons look pretty much the same, lol. I've loved blue and black. That would be sweet. I don't like the blue stripe on a blue helmet, though. The bison doesn't pop.
ticketssince61 Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 love most of them. would be very cool and as someone already posted would generate a ton of sales
zow2 Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Chiefs, Colts, Jets and Panthers are just gross.
Gugny Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Just think of what the league would look like if those colleges were the corresponding NFL teams' farm teams.
Mark Vader Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Strange that Philadelphia gets Villanova and not Temple.

Nextmanup Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 A lot of those look good and make the school recognition pretty easy. Get the NCAA and NFL owners to sign off on this and it should be good for merchandise sales in both venues. And to make it better, after you do the Detroit Lions as U Michigan Wolverines, you can do it again as the MSU Spartans in a green scheme so as to keep the folks happy in East Lansing. Lots of combos and permutations here, all equaling $$$.
