Another Fan Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) With this weekends matchup coming up I can't but think of that game still. I live in NJ and Jets fans (most notably Joe and Evan on WFAN) always mention that as the game where it was all downhill for Bowles and the franchise. Jets record has only been 13-31 since. Someone put together a top 50 moments of the drought video and I was surprised McKelvin's pick on Fitz wasn't up there. At the time it was exciting and left me with a positive taste in my mouth that offseason. I don’t especially dislike the Jets but it was funny when so many of their fans thought it was assured they’d beat the Bills that day. It's one franchise though the Bills are in considerably better shape then at the moment. Edited December 5, 2018 by Another Fan 1 1
Gugny Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 They recovered enough to completely embarrass us in New Jersey last year.

Leonard Williams has gone into hibernation who was a driving force in their ability to generate pressure and they lack talent in their rotational guys to make up for that.

The Jets may have not recovered, but it’s fair to say Revis’s career didn’t either. Edited December 5, 2018 by YoloinOhio
corta765 Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 My wife and I went to school at SUNY Oswego. We met alottttt of Jets fans and their arrogance made them top 3 in my hated teams list only behind Pittsburgh & New England. I am fine with them suffering in misery forever.
GunnerBill Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 Revis blames Bowles because he played like sh*t and showed no passion. If a player is at the stage where he needs to be reminded to care then he is already beyond help.
Bleeding Bills Blue Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 My buddy who is a jets fan was soooo elated that they won against NE - and i wrote write on his playoff bound facebook post. You're going to lose to sexy Rexy and the Bills - mark it.
buffalobillswin Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 I remember feeling bad for Fitz because I really wanted him to start a playoff game once in his career. But I also knew that his seasons usually end on ints.
