I would love if they both came back as they're still effective in their starting roles and their veteran leadership is invaluable with the younger players like Phillips, Lawson, Milano, and Edmunds.  I think Alexander definitely comes back and Kyle Williams is 50/50 at this point.

Everyone makes a big deal of Allen's completion percentage. But does completing longer plays make that stat less important? I mean you can make three short passes for 15 yards or go 1 for 3 and the one you hit is for 20. Which would you prefer?

It's important to sustain drives and keep the chains moving in addition to having big play capability.  It's not a proposition or preference of one or the other.  Both are necessary.

Yeah, but to his point, if you hit 50% of your throws and they are for decent yardage the chains still move.

You can't really say that in a vacuum and stats alone wouldn't tell that story as every game will have different situations.

Got me swingin'. I don't think any of them have even watched a Bills game this year. Unless they did and it was one of the blowouts?
