LeGOATski Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Absolutely. I was hoping they'd fire Crossman at halftime. 1
Jasovon Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 I have no idea how he has stuck around so long.
wppete Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Yea he does have to go and they have to make that move tomorrow, don’t wait anymore.
Beast Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Players get released for poor performances. Why can’t coaches? 1
DuckyBoys Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 might wait till off season but has to happen
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 (edited) The guy has been here since 2013 and it's time for some new blood. How many losses can be attributed to Special Teams this year? Blocked kicks, whiffed punts, guys jumping out of their lanes. I know the Bills obviously weren't going to make a run at the playoffs this year, but next year I feel like they have a chance. Lets not let horrible ST play potentially cost us a game or 3. I guarantee he gets canned by the end of the year. Edit: I see this topic has already been started unsurprisingly. Sorry! Edited December 9, 2018 by ChronicAndKnuckles
Best Player Available Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 He has sucked in Buffalo for years now. 1
Nick the Greek Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 You can make a serious argument that special teams cost the Bills the game. Sure, you can’t stop every single return but the Jets got huge yards every time. I’m for patience and continuity, but Crossman needs to go. 1

I was looking at drive summaries and counted four of them that were started at their 40 or closer. That's simply unacceptable.

BillsFan130 Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 (edited) Agreed. Whole coaching staff maybe minus Daboll was just awful today Edited December 9, 2018 by billsfan11

billsfan_34 Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 ST’s the number 1 reason the Bills lost today- just brutal again! 1
Formerly Allan in MD Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 This is less about special teams than it's about Crossman's need for significant special coaching education. He should have been out of here a while ago. Today, he should have been gone by halftime. If he's not gone tomorrow, it's only because it's so late in the season it makes little difference. If he's back next year, McDermott will never stop hearing about it, from fans and the press. 2
CEN-CAL17 Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Yes!!!! You can only give someone the benefit of doubt for so long. His squad has been pitiful all year long.
LABILLBACKER Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Crossman's ST unit is a complete embarrassment and probably the worst in the NFL. This clown should've been blown out last year. We've not lost 4 games this season directly attributed to special teams. Blow this guy out McDermott or we will.... 1 1
McBean Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Crossman has 9 lives. Has survived 3 coaching staffs..I’m sure he survives again.
