If you're making millions of dollars or on track to be a multi-millionaire, you don't need to be in these places. Ever. and yet. the opposite seems to be the trend. money buys influence and leverage. wrong is still wrong. But that line gets more blurred everyday in the younger generation. even when the technology was not avaialble. Very little good occurs after midnight when out and about. this is turning into an extreme Character problem for Hunt, thank goodness. But Jerry Jones is watching it closely, and he a fine moderator for league values and ethics

You sign him when he can't play so we penalize you for $1mm. You gave the guy a chance and signed him and he didn't do it under your watch - he can't play and never played for you - we are taking your 5th. God the news is stupid these days. Bleacher report has always set that bar so high
Capco Posted December 5, 2018 Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) Sorry if this has already been asked and answered, but what does being put on the commissioner's exempt list even mean? Edited December 5, 2018 by Capco

Do you expect him to say, "F*** that ho. She deserved it."? It's all for show and salvage purposes. The flip side is did you expect him to go on tv remorsefully even if genuine about his feelings had the tape not come out?of course he wouldn’t.

I believe it means you don't count against your team's active roster and must stay away from team activities, but the team still has to pay you (vs. being suspended, where they don't) http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000396169/article/what-is-the-reservecommissioner-exempt-list 1
bills6969 Posted December 7, 2018 Posted December 7, 2018 This guy was set to be the next great NFL running back, and in the blink of an eye, his career is over. Lesson to all young guys in or entering the league: don't be an idiot.

He won't play this year or next. That's alot of lost playing/practicing time . He likely won't be the same player should he come back.

It's quite a bit different and some team will surely sign him on a dirt cheap contract as a 23 year old just in his 2nd season after he completes counseling.
