It’s being called a “brutal” attack. It’s far from brutal.

i don’t condone it, but this isn’t Ray Rice knockout drag out! He shoves her, she punches him. He shoved a man knocking other over.

It looks as if one of the women tried to steal something cause one of his friends snatches something back. And Hunt kicks her in the butt.

This is not Ray Rice. It a bunch of young drunk adults that had too much to drink arguing and getting out of control. All of them are idiots... but I don’t think this is a legit ray rice type “brutal” attack.  It’s almost laughable

young drunk adults.

okay

 free pass.

So going through this thread was there a second incident for Tyreek Hill since the one that got him dropped by OSU?

I don’t believe so

Personal attacks are far from necessary, it’s a deflection tactic when losing an argument. Kareem Hunt did not just drive her head into a wall, watch the video again and report back.

Pure semantics.  I’ve watched the video several times.  Hunt came out a room he should stayed in, to continue a verbal altercation, then shoved her first.

Then, when she ran at him, he went berserk, pushing two men into her.  So, technically, you’re right - he didn’t slam her head into the wall - he merely shoved two oversized men into her, causing her head to slam the wall.

Then, while she was disoriented and on her knees, the coward punk kicked in the ribs, flipping her over.

No big deal, right?

Didn’t your parents teach you to NEVER be the first one to throw or lay hands on the other person first? I mean is he that afraid of a much smaller woman hitting him? Come on man!

Some deranged ***** children on this board. Anybody trying to justify or dismiss this in any way is a complete and utter scumbag.

Hunt deserves to be cut, but it’s interesting that the police, the only ones supposed to have access to the video, decided not to charge Hunt.  Doesn’t Hunt and the NFL have grounds to sue the crap out of the hotel for leaking the video or do you basically allow the hotel to videotape your every move when you choose to stay there?

This videos are in the common areas in any major hotel. There is nothing private about that. My wife ran into an issue in a major hotel in a major city. It was a scare and didn’t end as badly as it might have, but they can make that available to be put that all over the news if it helps to determine bad behavior in what is actually a public space. It’s not a sneak bedroom cam. If you think you’re not on camera in front of the hotel, you're fooling yourself there too. Security is a HUGE priority. You’re on camera inside the public areas too without any right to privacy.

Guess what the cops did about this so called brutal attack after looking at the video and talking to all parties involved?  Nothing.

So kicking a woman while she's disoriented and on the ground isn't brutal? WTF man? Your sarcasm is obvious. Some of you are really showing your true colors here.

I have a fun idea! Who wants to start a poll to see if folks thinks drugs or alcohol might have been involved?   ?

The videos were on private property.

Hunt was in a drunken fight back in June. I don’t think Hill had two incidcents.

Right if there hasn't been a second incident I don't really think his being on the team is the same as the Chiefs being okay with this behavior. Hill was punished for what he did going through anger management and other programs to rehabilitate him. When the team drafted him it seems like they made it clear how seriously they took the record that he had. All in all what he did was unimaginably terrible but he's been given a second chance and hasn't wasted it yet. Hunt had his incident happen while a member of the team and from what has been reported lied to the team about it. Maybe he get's another chance somewhere else but if so I hope he faces some serious conditions.

Apparently.  And sadly, there are no winners in this brouhaha. I hope multiple people learned from this debacle and got help as needed.

Do you think alcohol and egos were involved?

That IS a fun idea...OF COURSE drugs and alcohol were involved!

It happened in February, giving Hunt plenty of time to clean up his act before training camp.

Common areas in a hotel. A matter of public safety concern.  It’s going to come out every time. Have you EVER heard of someone being held accountable for that getting out?

There are no legal issues. No charges were filed

and no one was hurt. This was investigated by the police and no charges filed. It’s a PR nightmare that’s what it is. No way I would have released him. I would suspend him. Send him to counseling and say we do not condone this type of behavior say he lied to our organization and say this is serious and suspend him. Then get him some help. When things blow over and calm down bring him back after he completed his counseling. Man on man the chiefs are stupid.

Her head went into the wall and she couldn't stand up straight.  Then he kicked when she was down.  No one was hurt???  It's all good???  Assume you had little problem with Mixon's punch out as well.

I think Hunts career in the NFL is over. If any team picks him up think about the backlash that team will get.

Your arguments are red herrings. It is still private property and their policy is to release video only to law enforcment or with a court order.
