McCarthy has probably worn out his welcome in GB, much like Andy Reid in Philly. The Packers offense seems to do OK. More focus on strengthening the run game wouldn't hurt. 30th in the league for rush attempts is indeed too much on Rodgers. IMHO the criminal waste of Aaron Rodgers is the lack of decent defense. Give Rodgers a top-10 or top-12 D and he'll take you to the Championship. Give him a top-10 or 12 D AND a run game and he'll win it.
