Not sure if anyone caught it, but at the end of the post game locker room speech, Kyle referenced Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) is a strategy where employees at all levels of a company work together proactively to achieve regular, incremental improvements to the manufacturing process. In a sense, it combines the collective talents within a company to create a powerful engine for improvement. 


If this is part of the process, it's legit, many Fortune 500 companies have adopted this, and it's starting to spill over into sports.
