BillsDiehard Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 Not sure if anyone caught it, but at the end of the post game locker room speech, Kyle referenced Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) is a strategy where employees at all levels of a company work together proactively to achieve regular, incremental improvements to the manufacturing process. In a sense, it combines the collective talents within a company to create a powerful engine for improvement. If this is part of the process, it's legit, many Fortune 500 companies have adopted this, and it's starting to spill over into sports.
