Long long ago, people were held accountable for stupid and irrational opinions. The board was a better place then because those with ludicrous ideas were run off. We need more of that here. Don’t agree? Don’t care.

All I can say is that he is a great coach and I pray today doesn’t mean he looks at the NFL again. The Jets will be all over him if he shakes free and that’s a bad thing for the Bills.

????

Obviously he is not a great coach. If he is then Marvin Lewis is a great coach and Marty Schottenheimer was a great coach, because like him, they can't win the big game. When you are 0-4 against your rival in CFB and your biggest win is against Penn State, that's not a resume builder.

Penn state, unlike Michigan, actually beats Ohio State on occasion.

A few weeks ago some yahoo brought up the idea of firing McDermott and then offering Jim harbaugh whatever it takes to leave Michigan. It was easily one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever read here and today proves it. Worst big-game coach since marv levy.

Marv Levy won a lot of big games.

A lot.

Jim Harbaugh is the best turnaround coach in the game.

He will never make a team a champion. He is the same guy as a coach as he was as a Quarterback. An intense competitor 24 hours a day 7 days a week who is demanding and wearing on those around him but makes questionable decisions in the big moments.

Vince Lombardi could rise from the dead to coach the Bills and the TBD experts would crucify him for attempting to remake the roster.

To be fair, I doubt he’s up on the latest nfl trends

College football is all about recruiting. He is an excellent coach and turned the 49ers into the best team in the nfl.

Anyone bringing up the idea to fire McDermott is an idiot.

The best team in the NFL?? They weren't even the best team in their own division.

You are nuts if you think that. For a 3 year span the 49ers were the best team in the league. They ended up with nothing to show for it because of Kaps early mistakes in a super bowl. They should have won that year and the year the giants won.

Nope. You are nuts if you think the Superbowl loss was on anyone as much as it was on Jim Harbaugh.
