Bob in STL Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Does not make me feel good. Any news on that team is nauseating.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 This guy dreams. I have nightmares.
Mr. WEO Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 "So Brady will be either tethered for another year to that middling tribe if the team decides to bring them back (and Patterson doesn’t even count as a wideout) or charged with breaking in a new crop of receivers alongside the 33-year-old Edelman (insert obligatory reminder here that Brady will be 42)." Ok.....and what is his point? That Brady might retire or go to another team, because he doesn't have top receivers to play with? Hasn't he thrown TDs to like 75 different guys? He's made the careers of nobodies like Wes Welker and Edelman.
Gray Beard Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 To paraphrase Mark Twain... “The reports of the death of Brady’s career are greatly exaggerated.”
MJS Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 The Pats will probably get to the AFC Championship game.
BuffaloBill Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 They do feel like a dying dynasty that is about to come off the rails. I so hope they commit to Brady big again because the guy has to hit the wall. Let them live the contract and cap mess that launched the Bills into a long period of misery. 1
