They want to bring this into Audubon? Well, there is plenty of open land there (is it buildable or swamp?), but then what? Crosspoint (which is huge) starts complaining? Where does it end? There is only so much money available. And the plan is now aboveground via NFB which is a total zoo at the best of times?
