I like Rice but wow this would be interesting. Has nothing to do with her gender just Zero experience as. Head Coach at any level. Please Browns do this, a very Browns thing to do.

Not as crazy as you'd think.  Good head coaching is more about leadership than knowing the x's and o's.  Leave the play calling up to your coordinators.  Would be very interesting if she actually got the job.
