billsredneck1 Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 (edited) Did any one else here purchase tickets? It was originally scheduled for Oct. 30th then moved to Nov.12th and now is moved again to Nov. 26th. Right after I initially bought the tickets (online), I tore up a knee and could not attend. I tried replying to the confirmation email info@getyourtickets.net to inquire about a refund. There is no contact no. Now, that it's been moved a 2nd time to a date I definitely cannot make and my gf can't just waste vacation days, I'd like to get my money back. I am disabled (in large part due to lifelong benefits from working for Uncle Sam) and on a fixed income. In the email I received yesterday there was an address to the getyourtickets.net company in Arlington Texas. Again, no phone no. My 3rd sent email came back: Mailer Daemon / Undelivered. I also attempted to pm the op who originally posted the event here. Has any one else tried to contact these people? Is it some kind of scam? I have not yet tried to contact the team directly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Edited November 13, 2018 by billsredneck1
LeGOATski Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 That sucks. Sounds very fishy to me. In that original thread, they seemed like a very low level event coordinator operation. I'd be surprised if they had a sufficient support team/system.
Polo Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 The event is set to roll tomorrow! Due to Josh being injured since week 6, he didn’t want to have an event where he’d get questioned by Bills fans and not have a chance to play in the game.

When concerts get cancelled or delayed there is always an option for a refund. Them refusing or ignoring is very disconcerting. Edited November 26, 2018 by PittsforDave 1
JimKellyTryouts Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 (edited) During the bye, Dion posted a social media clip saying that it will definitely be happening this time around. I paid for a ticket and have been eager to go as well, but no luck contacting anyone either. Assuming this comes to fruition tomorrow, I can try and talk to the people that seem to be in charge of the event on your behalf? I wouldn't mind Edited November 26, 2018 by JimKellyTryouts
billsredneck1 Posted November 26, 2018 Author Posted November 26, 2018 (edited) Thanks for the help guys. I still have had no luck. It's looking like I'm gonna be taking one for the team. I can't be mad this morning after the win yesterday. I will try to contact the team today I guess. I'm pretty disappointed that the team didn't require these people to reach out and offer a refund. The weekend (day)before the 12th my son and his girlfriend were over that way for the Marine corp. ball and I was hoping to make a time of it. Mine took additional vacation time that week , but now it's off the table. Edited November 26, 2018 by billsredneck1
billsredneck1 Posted November 26, 2018 Author Posted November 26, 2018 Apparently, the team does not oversee any of these events. My emails are still getting ignored. I called Dos on the lake and got an automated menu to which I had to leave a voicemail. I also found it funny that the recording stated that they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. However, there is a banner on their website about it. I wouldn't be surprised if there's another email today with yet a different date.
Warcodered Posted November 26, 2018 Posted November 26, 2018 You might try talking to @StHustle those were his threads and he was posting on here yesterday.
