Bookie Man Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 The Sanchize didn't exactly ascend under his coaching when he was there...
ExWNYer Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 It was just a matter of time before he put a...er...his foot in his mouth. 2
Aussie Joe Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Couple of threads on GangGreen forums wanting Rex back coaching the Jets... At least this place doesn’t have a monopoly on lunatics... 5 1
longtimebillsfan Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 (edited) Who in their right mind would care what Rex Ryan thinks or says. He is a buffoon. Edited November 13, 2018 by longtimebillsfan 3

TBF he was good enough at a young age to make a divisional appearance and BEAT BRADY for an AFC appearance. We'll see if Darnold can do that at least. That's the bar set for the franchise qb now.. more success than Rex's. 2

Rex goes on the attack to rip the Jets for their loss to the Bills. He said no one was playing with passion and they left their “jock” on the field. He says that Todd Bowles is getting fired at the end of the season - and he knows it. Also he alludes to Mike McCagnin Getting axed as well. He says they were supposed to rebuild in 2016, but never did. He also believes that Darnold is not developing or improving week-to-week. This is Rant is exactly why Rex is perfect for segments like this on ESPN. This was classic and very entertaining. Of course, I am also sure that old Rex would love to coach NYJ again. Not gonna happen. I hope he coaches the jets again Edited November 13, 2018 by Buffalo Barbarian 1
FearLess Price Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Rex is funny too much hatin in here 1
machine gun kelly Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 He has no business working as an NFL coach, but this is what sports shows are paying him to bloviate and exaggerate. it doesn’t bother me, I just choose not to watch him or ESPN. I prefer NFLN, NFLR, and WGR app when they have a Bills segment when on drive time with work.

If he has the answers why did he get fired from two gigs? On the surface he sounds good but there is no substance to his rhetoric.

That_Guy Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 sounds like he's interviewing for the job to me. 1
MrEpsYtown Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Rex mentioned the tear down which led to his terrible year there and his eventual firing. And he basically says the team still sucks. He is calling out MacCagnan and he has a point. They spent a bunch of money in the offseason and they still suck.

I said they laid an egg out there. He's saying they left their jocks on the field lol "LET'S GET SOME ****ING SNACKS!" He's like your quotable middle school coach you have a hard time not giggling when he's yelling at you. Edited November 13, 2018 by PetermanThrew5Picks
TremaineAve Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Rex is a great color guy and awesome entertainment. He’s a gem for ESPN. This is a perfect example. There’s merit behind his Sexy rant. 1
Soda Popinski Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 That has to be one of the least desirable jobs in the NFL.
bigK14094 Posted November 13, 2018 Posted November 13, 2018 Bowles looked like a cold fish on the sidelines....no passion. Didn't get in the players faces at all. Must be accepting he is done or something like that. Bills get Jets again next month in Orchard Park, Bowles may or may not be with them.
