Expand The Bills experienced that during the SB runs - guys would become FA and sign with the Bills to make a run at the SB. It is not unusual for the best teams to get the better players cheaper, but the Brady piece is the killer - to have a top flight QB consistently take 10 - 15 million below his peers makes a huge differences that others cannot compete with. 1
