Precisely what I expected.

...and what I hoped for. A couple more weeks to heal up to 100%, then learn with live bullets for the rest of the year. PLEASE show progress and give us hope!

No reason to rush him back with the season going as it has.

I hoped for the same. No rush back, but my goodness he is exciting. I hope he can stay healthy, and that he learned from his time with the clipboard and watching a few vets.

I don't know how Allen will look against that defense, but I bet money that Edmunds makes Bortles regret leaving the pocket on that day.

It'll be interesting to see if he's learned/benefited anything from his "time off". I can speak from experience (not football but other things) that when you take a step back and let things slow down, u can benefit and learn from it

Should be a good test to see if he learned anything on the sidelines, or was able to reflect on anything and improve his game since he got injured.

Jags are #2 in total D, #1 in pass D, #6 in points and #6 in QB Rating.

I hope Allen can stay healthy. It would be terrible having another injury proned QB.

Allen took a lot of beating in the 1st 5 weeks and was injured on a freak hit,
