They've definitely cleared the way for it and it feels like they might be leaning that way. It could definitely go either way though it would be disappointing if he doesn't but they got to do what is best for his development.

I think if he wasnt healthy he would be ruled out by now.

If he was healthy he wouldn't have been splitting reps and wouldn't be listed as questionable.

I think it's CBS who is begging them not to make this a "Peterman vs. McCown"  clown show.

I think Peterman starts on a short leash. They may sub Allen before it gets out of hand, if they feel they can win. I'm sure Allen wants to play. If JA isn't ready and Peterman sh^ts the bed again, we may see Barkley play. If this happens, Peterman is cut Monday and we can finally RIP with this horror experiment.

I don’t think he is playing. I believe the only reason they haven’t ruled him out is for the fans sake. To make it look like they actually are trying to win games and be competitive. Which is something they clearly haven’t been trying to do all season. I hope I’m wrong but that’s what I believe

Right now I'd guess 50% Allen, 40% Barkley, 10% Peterman.

About my guess, too, though I'd put it at more like 58%, 40% and 2%.

McDermott's comments this week tell me he's pretty much done with Peterman.

I highly doubt Allen starts/plays tomorrow. No full practice yet, bye week to follow, and season is toast. Why rush him back?

Your reasoning is too logical for many on this board.
