Now if they could get out of the mac, then UB could really do something consistently.

Basketball might be the one sport where they could build a dynasty in the MAC and recruit high major players.

A lot of schools have built basketball powerhouses outside the P5

They are finally starting to be able to pull the high caliber 3* guys and even some 4*... and it’s a fun style of basketball that will attract recruits

recruiting 4* guys in football is a whole different story

That can happen eventually but UB football will need to regularly bring home the MAC title

and MAC football programs are more established than their basketball teams ...

but Lance is the man for the job

Great win for the program.  Shows getting there and earning that seed wasn't a fluke.  I still think they'll have a tough time with Texas Tech but will be pulling for them all the way!

Prime time TV slot Sunday.

Annnnnd...the NCAA did it to us again, putting the women directly up against the men.

Buffalo will face No. 2 Connecticut in the round of 32 on Sunday, March 24, at 7 pm.

Been a while since the Bulls were not favored in a game. Looking forward to seeing them play as underdogs.
