I sincerely hope that you, or even better,  one of your children, is falsely accused of sexual assault some day; and that your lives are destroyed as a result.

That your reputation is left in tatters, that people question whether you should be allowed to coach your kids sports teams, that you endure death threats, that you lose your job.

And you shouldn't be outraged at any of these accusations.  You should smilingly accept them, and thank those who are destroying you.

Because "the accuser should be believed".

You are an absolutely vile individual, un-American in every way.

From experience, I hope he doesn't.  Because whether right or wrong, guilty to not, once time has served it's purpose and even done so much as achieve community success those same people will always begrudge you, never let you move on, and never change your life.

I hope it happens for his own elucidation.

He needs a severe lesson in the importance of the presumption of innocence, the right to confront your accuser, and the essential importance of corroboration.

Further, I hope this sort of thing happens to everyone who supports what was done to Justice Kavanaugh, Title IX in general, and preponderance of evidence standards.  It's the only way they'll learn.

I'm not concerned with your worthiness, I'm concerned with your level of stupidity.

Are you another one of these morons who insists that "the accuser has the right to be believed"?

In addition to all of your other flaws, you apparently don't speak the English language very well.

What did I "project"?

Edit:  because I am helpful:  A sincerely professed hope is not a prediction, nor is it an image cast on a surface, nor is it a promotion of someone to be viewed in a narrowly defined way, nor is it a protrusion.

not saying you were projecting in any way, just saying it does happen.

You do know that Hillary is to the right of Richard Nixon especially before 2012-14?  She only slid to the left because of the "bad man" in the White House at the time did something he was not supposed to do which was put up resistance against her meaning running for office.

She is Hillary, though. Not a regular politician. Dems nominating a fresh faced moderate would be very different.

And Hillary was whatever anyone called her at the moment not, far left, socialist, war monger, murderer, you name it

That's a tad extreme.  Maybe I would change the word from believed to heard.

To be fair I thought the BK extravaganza was a ***** show from all sides.

The way they handled that hearing was a joke.. bringing in that prosecutor then telling her to get lost before questioning BK.  And trying to get the vote through the very next day.. Then getting the FBI involved after that vote..

They had to bring the FBI into it or it was going to be a "no" vote from Flake. They had no purpose for the prosecutor once she was done with Ford.

Of course the accuser has the right to be heard, specifically by the person they are accusing, in order that they are able to meet the accusations and defend themselves if they choose to.  This is the basic principle that our entire system of jurisprudence is built upon.

It is also, I believe, a hallmark of general decency, to import those standards into our individual basic morality.  Individuals should not be condemned purely on the uncorroborated say-so of another individual, especially in situations where the accuser has something they deeply value to gain from doing nothing more than making the accusation.

They could have called for one themselves before Flake forced them to.  Why didn't they have her question BK?

Anyways back to the topic..

Is Pelosi going to be House speaker?  Her presser was awful.
