I liked Mahomes and was in favor of drafting him. But they didn't. End of story. We now have Allen and I would like to see what he does with some real talent around him. Wallowing in what could have been and what should have been is pointless. BTW, I am sure Mahomes would look exactly like he does in KC if he were here running for his life behind this OL and throwing to Andre Holmes. 1

Well thats true they would have killed Mahomes as a QB too with the offense they build and a WR coach as his QB coach.

Not disagreeing. I will wait to see what happens this off-season and next year. Hopefully they put some real talent around Allen and he begins showing he could be that franchise guy. If not, it will probably be on to the next regime.

The part where you and the other Tyrod stans pretend he didn’t get benched after 2 games ????. This COT reunion is fun and all but get serious guy. That’s 16 million worth of ???.
buffaloboyinATL Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 We were not going anywhere with Tyrod. We HAD to take a step (or a few steps) backwards to move forward. I have no idea if it will work or not, a lot will depend on Allen, but it had to be done.

The fact that you think this team is better now than w tyrod warrants no response. Speaks for itself. Enjoy the show. 17 minutes ago, billsfan1959 said: Thanks for clarifying. Yeah cause your tyrod bashing BS is so original. If you think this is a better team without him that’s your right. It’s not a crime to think the earth is flat. Edited November 5, 2018 by nedboy7

You don't cling to average if you want to be a perennial playoff team. You go try and improve. Maybe it works may be it doesn't but I'd rather swing and miss than stand there trying to draw a walk every at bat. I will take average at this point

BillsMafia13 Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 They should have a line of auditions like American Idol. Each person gets 1 drive at running the offense and we rotate until next year. Saves JA, puts on a show, involves the fans, give me something to do Sunday afternoons. Im already a better offense GM

He would have been perfect for this year. But yeah. I hope you are imenjoying the moronic decisions of the front office. It sounds like you are. everyone with any football knowledge laughs at calling that "playoffs" 1
Real McClappy Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Didn't Tyrod lead the league in sacks like 2 years in a row under a above average O-line? Even if Tyrod was here with our current O-line and no running game our record would be the same as it is now if not worse. Tyrod would have been snapped in 2 already and out as well.
thunderingsquid Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 Hey, if TT is not a Child of God then he has no business being on this team. 1
row_33 Posted November 5, 2018 Posted November 5, 2018 In TT's defense, he sat there mute and took whatever was dished out to him in his experience here that takes a lot of courage or a lack of anything going on internally at all

I wrote in an earlier post that I don't believe this team would be battling for a playoff spot even with Tyrod. I have also written that I have not bought into the process, nor am I in favor of firing everyone at this point. I am not sure if you simply have a reading comprehension issue or if, in your quest to spew your emotional outbursts at so many posters, you can't keep straight who posted what. But, hey, carry on your crusade if it makes you feel better.

He would have been absolutely destroyed behind our current line with a poor running game like it is now.

Both had significantly more pass attempts, so I checked Sack %. TT was high there at 9.12%, but still in 3rd place (qualifier of 500+ attempts) behind Kaepernick (10.02%) and Jacby Brissett (9.97%). 1
