Don't let Pegula hire anymore GM's or coaches.

YOU want to be in charge? He dumped $1.4 BILLION dollars + into this, and you don’t want him to have a say? Well, YOU should have outbid him. Lost your chance.

By attempting to win when playoffs are out of reach, you're hurting your chances at a high draft pick, which is what we have shot ourselves in the foot with for years.

How does a better draft position help the lockerroom culture? You realise that the guys in  the lockerroom here dont care if the Bill's get the top pick or a pick later in the draft, they want to win games and they arent going to attract the top FAs no matter how much money they have to spend if they show they value draft position over winning games.

The problem is we keep firing and we dont get any better.  Do you trust ownership to get someone better?  Honest question not trying to argue.

I don't, but they definitely got this one wrong.

So there's really no other option except hoping they trip & fall into a good decision next time.

OR, perhaps people could learn to keep their feelings confined to the NINE THOUSAND other threads with the same or similar content.

You know, so people don't have to wade through an avalanche of the IDENTICAL woe-is-me-look-at-my-personal-pain threads to get to actual content.

I mean... no one made you click on the thread and you sort of sound like a woe is me look at my personal pain with these posts constantly bitching about posts.

They're bad. They get another year in my opinion. Some want them fired, some want to see it them be given time. They're just opinions. I find it odd on something like a message board, that is designed specifically for communicating opinions. So many people would rather their be no opinions, and no threads. Of course redundancy is going to exist in opinions and threads. It's pretty simple to think it wouldn't.

That is not a valid reason to not fire out FO. Fear shouldn’t control rational decisions.

I trust the ownership.

Did today's game take us one step closer to having a winning culture?

As a die-hard Bills fan, I have been taught that culture is more important than strategy, and that what we are building is a winning culture.  Now, I can clearly see we are not using any strategy on offense, defense or special teams, so there must be a hell of lot of culture building going on.  Someone help me out but teaching the culture building steps that happened today that my lying eyes just can't see.

if today's loss nabs us a higher draft position, and our gm hits on those picks and brings in some real, blue chip, stud talent...then yes. yes it did bring us closer to a winning culture. unless allen turns out to be a bum. then we, just like mcbeane, are totally screwed.

Is there a coach youd like them to bring in?

I trust the ownership.

You trust the owners who hired Marrone...Rex Ryan...and a coach you want fired after a year and a half...you think that's rational?

I don't claim to know who the up-and-coming offensive coordinators are or who the hot college prospects are. All I know is that the next Sean McVay is out there somewhere and that there are people at OBD who are paid a TON of money to go find out where that person is.

I will humor you though with a previous post of mine which should provide further clarification on my position.

My plan? I'm glad you asked.

I would assemble a list of candidates and the ones that utter the words "field position", "establish the run", "hard nosed", or "weather" will be immediately escorted off the premises by security.

Of the remaining coaches, I would look for the guy who comes in and says "My vision is to score many, many, many points and here is how we are going to exploit the current rules to do it". That cat immediately gets the job.

This really isn't hard. Stop hiring backwards coaches who are brainwashed by their own BS. Hire smart, innovative coaches who are aware that when the announcers say "and it's 4th down and the Bills will have to punt", that you don't actually HAVE to punt.

Someone tell Terrence that even though I am very happy in my current career, I'd be more than happy to consider a generous offer to come and take over for a few months to sort this mess out for him.

Not sure, but this one comes off as completely clueless offensively so just go with it?

Honestly I dont know what to think.  I know the offense is terrible but I hate the constant coaching changings.  I think alot of it hinges on a QB.  I dont care what kind of coach you are if you dont have a competent QB success will be hard to find.

So in other words you have no thoughts on the matter.

No, I think he meant, he doesn't get paid to fix the problems, but at least we know Beane's screen name now, have a good night Brandon.

Yes, a QB please, the most important part of the O since 1983

but feel free to think one knows better than the last 35 years of obvious NFL winning strategy

Rational? Of course it’s rational. It’s irrational  to think this fo has potential.

Marrone is a good coach.  Rex was decent, definitely was fired a year too early.

This regime, it doesn’t get any more obvious. We need to make a change. If they fired Rex after year 2, these guys need to be let go ASAP. They are MUCH worse in all aspects.

Yeah there are several coaches I’d bring in. Show me this years list of candidates and I’ll give you the top 3. Typically, an agency suggests coaching candidates.

Rex isn’t mature enough to not have his own way all the time

The issue is QB.  None of that will happen without a competent QB.  I dont know what JA will be...at least they drafted one.  Without a QB I dont care who you bring in.

Sorry but you lost all credibility saying Rex Ryan was fired to early.  And if there are several coaches youd bring in why would I need to give you a list?  I'd their are coaches youd bring in shouldnt you know them???
