In your lines of work: If your boss continues to put some awful person out there to run things what happens. People get pissed, quit or stop doing their jobs. That is the Bills. Players have quit on the team. How do you blame them when the McD and Co allow Peterman to continue to play. It is offensive to them and embarrassing.

Yep, and people have two choices.  Work or leave the company.  Most have to work as they are not independently wealthy and in the real world have extremely few options for alternative employment.  NFL players are not that much different.  Even in a contract year a player that quits usually will not be courted by the top teams.  Most of our guys are not in contract years and have no real leverage with the Bills or any other team.  Most right now in their minds are thinking just get through to next year and hope things start to improve.

While guys like McCoy and KB and even Clay know that someone will give them some money. Or they have enough and being a part of this circus is not worth it.

At one firm I worked at the announcement of the removal of certain partners resulted in literal hugging and crying for joy in the hallways.

None of the names you mention will be in line for anything other than a desperation last minute fill a roster spot at a bargain basement price.  If McCoy were a few years younger then he might be different.

1. That is a problem. Our coach and gm have them as our #1 RB, WR and TE.

2. Buffalo is where careers go to die.

Our staff inherited two out of the three and you can only dump so much of a roster every year.  Had Benjamin turned over a new leaf he might be showing why he was worth a third round pick.

Funny how the weather in Green Bay doesn't stop Rogers and the NE weather doesn't stop Brady...

But we have to be lectured by Mcdermott about Buffalo weather and needing to run a 1950 offense

Maybe Peterman gets cut.  But other than that, won't happen...unfortunately.

Peterman was the best player on the Bills offense today (except maybe Ivory). That tells you just how historically bad the Bills offense is.

Does anybody even remember who they were laughing at two years ago?  Nope.  And in a couple of years they most likely will be laughing at whatever bottom feeder is going then.  Who cares what a few has been blowholes say?

Most likely it was the Browns, good chance it was also the Rex Ryan Bill's too.....

The Buffalo Bills lost their fourth game in a row, this time getting blown out by the Chicago Bears 41-9. and are now 2-7 on the 2018 season. Joe Buscaglia and Matthew Fairburn discuss the offense, bigger picture things included with that offense, how the defense never stood a chance, plus an award section that will bring some of the biggest competition to the end of year bracket that we've seen yet.

They will get deals before training camp, just not for top dollar. Teams made offers to try and acquire Shady at the deadline....
