But the Anderson comments makes one wonder if Beane has any clue what too look for when scraping underneath the dumpster. Didn't Anderson turn down beane in pre season? Something here smells like BS.

The problem is that Bills fans see Foles -- a complete anomaly -- or Brady, or Warner, and don't understand why they don't get their anomaly. They would literally keep blowing up the team over and over and over until they found that one exception. And often times they sound a lot like Veruca Salt. "Daddy! I want an oompa loompa! Far greater physical limitations with historically bad turnover ratio combined with horrid decision making and panic under pressure. 1

That's typically a good thing, but can also lead to some spectacular misses. I hope this debacle teaches them to be a bit more flexible and reflective in coaching approach and building a roster. If not, they're just another set of Bobbsey Twins passing through on their way to somewhere else... 1

Considering the frequency of injuries in the NFL you'd think they would want more active. Like QB play is night and day when it's Allen vs. Anderson/Peterman? I definitely HATE when the Bills don't move the ball or score points, so that much is true. The HOPE is that Allen develops, but at this point, I don't see much difference.

Allen is one of the most physically gifted QB's in the league, but that has not translated to the field in any appreciable, sustainable way. The QB play is marginally better when he's in there. I'm simply stating that signing Anderson in the preseason would not have made a significant difference and it's way down the list of our problems on offense. I'll be cheering for the PeterMAN on Sunday because I'm a Bills fan. I expect any Bills fan will do the same.
