No you’re right, he has a secret binder that only him and Beane know about with the advanced, explosive, real NFL plays that he will call Beane gets 100% of the roster converted to his culture guys.

So very emo.

I still don't know why everyone is getting so worked up over the season, any reasonable fan could see this season was a wash just 2-3 weeks in, hell probably even week 1 when we were forced to start Allen.

Sean can only say and do so much, sometimes fans are unreasonable in their expectations for a team and I feel it's true in this case.

No one is going bezerk.

They’re aggrevated by the monotone message of McDermott and legitimately questioning whether Beane and McDermott can conjur an NFL worthy offense.

We’ve gone from 18 ppg last year to 10 ppg this year.

Worst offense tracked in over 33 years worth of data.

We trust those guys with $80MM dollars in cap space and 10 picks because we scored 3 points in January against Jacksonville?

I think he truly believes that punting, field position, 3rd and manageable, running in snowy Buffalo are the keys to winning.

And I think that mentality will never allow you to beat the good teams in the league.

And that is why they drafted Allen.  And why Beane said before they drafted Allen that you have to have a QB to win

Right.

So so what kind of players are we going to surround Allen with?

Possession guys? Tall Lanky “red zone threats”, speed guys?

We had to have the rifle arm. Are we going to install a vertical offense? McDermott is going to move off the run game so we can throw more downfield?

Yet absolutely nobody was saying this last year when we were 9-7 headed to the playoffs, and if they did, they blamed Tyrod and not McDermott & Co.

You have to realize the lack of talent on the field in multiple positions on the offensive side is a huge hinder on fielding an "NFL worthy" offense. The QB situation is abysmal and we're only now adding some decent talent to WR with Pryor, I used to think this offense was better than everyone said they were but KB and Zay are both severely under performing and Croom has had more of an impact than Clay has this year, which doesn't mean much as they're both not playing that well. Not to mention our O-line is a shell of what it once was then you quickly realize the only bright spot on offense is shady and he's been below average as well.

Any reasonable fan can see why we have such a bad offense this year.

Well, since neither you nor I are Nostradamus I don't think we can answer those questions.  They just brought Pryor in.  They tried Foster for speed, and now Phillips.  In the Houston and Tennessee games Allen was going downfield more.  If they don't give him weapons you'll have a point then.

Plus, after watching the Bills play in Buffalo for 58 years now, I can tell you without question that you have to be able to run the ball in Buffalo in December.

I agree that any reasonable fan can see why the suck offensively, horrible players and McDermott’s conservative approach, but  the problem is Beane and McDermott are paid to know more than the fans.

10 ppg for a draft pick was “the process” they were master minding this whole time?

I can't wait until this works out and I get to rub it in half this board's face. It's going to be amazing. I'm already halfway there with Zay improving.

Or you rip the band aid off quickly and get it over with.

A 4 year rebuild is far from removing the band aid quickly. It's like slowly tearing it off so you feel each and every hair being ripped out.

Another thing that he keeps saying is that we have a young football team. But the team isn't that young.

The MNF crew had a stat that 40% of our players are rookies or 2nd year guys, most in the league.

The bandage was the cap space.  Again like it or not they felt they had guys with big salaries and cap numbers that weren't performing.  So they elected to get rid of that quickly do they would have space and picks to get the guys they think will win.

Not in 2018 you don’t. The Patriots play in the crap and throw it all over, same with the Steelers, same with the Packers.

Outside of the pure pure blizzard game this is no longer true. QBs are too good, the rules are too slanted.

McDermott is an idiot coach, bottom line.  Bills fans have to keep suffering through franchise incompitence. Looks like no end in sight either.

I actually really like McD. And Daboll.  Our schemes are good.  Whomever drafted Allen and put our O together tho is terrible.  If that's Bean he needs to go.  If it's McD he needs to stay out of the front office and keep to coaching.

I can’t wait either. I’m sure you’ll be here saying you were wrong when McD gets canned too.

After his due time, then yes. I'll admit it.

You guys do realize this season is nothing more than an extended preseason, don't you? I watch these games just to see how each player is doing and who might be on the team next year. I don't listen to pressers or any post game crap.

How long have you watched Buffalo football?
