It's one thing to put players in positions to make plays and another to make miracles, the fact that this offense was keeping up until the end was a miracle in itself, you do understand our veteran QB even being a veteran was on the couch at home with his family now he is the starter of our football team, it's crazy that they didn't put up another 40 burger on us. I just feel for the defense who usually is the reason were in these games in the first place.

Actually he was on the golf course playing in an actual tournament.....its too bad for him if his arm is actually broken from the last play last night......

Nonsense. As OC your job is to put players in position to make plays! This guy's offense sucks and doesn't maximize the talent that they do have! As OC your job is to gain yards and score points in EVERY game like the rest of the league, or at the very least score points in SOME games. Not NO points in 7 games! Like I said, I should call the plays and Bills win this game easily!

Cool story. What talent? Smack dab in the middle of a tear-down with less than 70% of the money of other teams.

But tantrums are so 2018, so you fit right in.

I hope this is sarcasm. There are multiple nobodies who started for them and had success. Their schemes are a big part of their success.

Without Brady those nobodies dont do squat.  Again put NP in their scheme and see what happens.

What talent? Lol...There is talent there. Let me call the plays and I'll show you how to maximize it!

They are nfl players.      Guess Daboll is your new guy to make excuses for

Bills fans love to make excuses. They made them for Jauron and his choices for OCs. they made them for Gailey, they made them for Rex Ryan's defense.

For the love of god a blind person could see that Rex was using those stars on the defensive line all wrong and all I did was argue with fans about it...all the way up until they fired him.

If this HC/GM don't make a move to correct the offense after this game or by the bye week, then they themselves deserve to be fired.

To me 2-6 isn't as bad as the point differential 87-200. What will it be like at the end of the year 174-400? The defense isn't that bad and the offense can't stay on the field so it makes them look bad.

This OC can't find a way to make anything work. But then again he was never any good in any of his past offenses either!

Lol. This is seriously a joke. 0-3 points at the half...Again...for who knows how many games. 6 points total. OC needs to go! Since week 1! Team had plenty of chances to make plays on D- 3 dropped picks, missed fumble recovery. Gotta make plays. Make a play. 1 play.

2 plays:

1) 3rd & 8 and you run it!??? You're not fooling anyone trying to outsmart the Defense. You pass it for the first down and go for the Touchdown!

2) Big pass play to Benjamin. Next play, you run wildcat for -5!??? Terribleee play calling. With the momentum of a big play- You pass it again across the middle! Go after them and score a TD!

OC needs to go. I should call the plays and I'll take this team to the promised land!

You have to understand this is the team McDermott wants to build. If he gets it right, we will be the Seahawks, not the Rams or Pats or Chiefs. He's not trying to build that team. He wants the team from last year but with more talent. He wants to run the QB. He want to run trick plays. He wants to win because his defense killed the other team. From what I can see he's trying to build the Eagles with McNabb or the Cam led Panthers. If we score a lot of points it will be because of short fields and turnovers. The defense is still missing 3 or 4 players. They need a boundary corner, a long elite right end, a young Kyle Williams and a 3 down strong side who is interchangeable with Milano in coverage.

On offense they'll probably go LT and C before receiver. They don't want a showboat receiver. They want receivers who can make tough catches. The big play they want in the passing game will need to be made by the tight end. It can work or you can become the Bengals where it's just not good enough in the modern NFL to play this kind of football, especially in the playoffs.

How hard is it to understand that you can draw up the play....but the players have to execute it and our offensive talent is VERY BAD

Cant run a screen to save our lives

Cant pickup up the middle blitzes (blitz protection starts inside and you work your way out.....we are giving up INSIDE BLITZ SACKS

Nobody can get consistant separation....players are not open when they need to be

And this happens EVERY WEEK

Until the team retools the offense with wide receivers that are actually NFL talent and a offensive line that Shady doent run into the ass of the back of his offensive linemen and fall down because they cant run block....until we get blocking at the 2nd level....until we are not playing a retired golfer and a guy that cant stay away from throwing interceptions on the out route

We will continue to see this.....DEBOLL DOES NOT HAVE THE PLAYERS TO RUN HIS OFFENSE

Problems with Daboll last night:

1. Trying to run east/west against a Bill Belichick defence that notoriously sets the edge to perfection.

2.  Wildcat was a good wrinkle but went to the "well" way too many times. Cost them 2 drives by losing huge plays

3. Ivory should have gotten way more carries than McCoy. It was obvious from the 1st quarter that McCoy did not have it, yet it took Daboll to the late 3rd quarter to realize that Ivory was the better option on early downs

4. Throwing it on 3rd and shorts. He has no problem running it all game on 2nd and longs into a crowded box, yet he refuses to run it on 3rd and 3s or 2s. Since he has this retired QB that sucks, you think you would want to maybe run it on 3rd and 2 instead of putting it in his hands?

5. Go routes- He finally threw in some crossing routes but then in the 2nd half it seemed the majority of the calls he went back to his "staple" go routes.

These things I listed above have NOTHING to do with talent. It is just piss poor game planning and play calling, especially in key situations.

It’s been half a season working with two of the worst QB’s in NFL history and a rookie who isn’t close to fully cooked. Use your brain, sir.

Got it.

I thought you were serious but now realize you are just trolling.

Carry on

Any thoughts that the improved passing yardage the last two games is encouraging should be snuffed out by the following observations:

*  Anderson is good at padding his stats by going to the check down receiver almost immediately.  Against both Indy & NE he was constantly throwing 6 yard passes on 3rd and 10.  The defense will give you those every time.  Ditto for his ability to exploit a teams prevent defense when they're  ahead by multiple TD's.  Now to be clear I don't blame Anderson in the least for this.  When he signed on it wasn't to actually have to QB this offense.  But it does indicate that we should be careful when looking at the raw passing yardage numbers.  The only numbers that really matter are zero TD's the last 2 games and last night we never made it into the Pats red zone.

*  We should also keep in mind that the offensive struggles the last 2 weeks have come against the #21 (Indy) and #25 (NE) rated defenses.

Not hard to find a reason why an OC is struggling with exactly zero qualified WRs, no OL, a 5th round QB from last year, then a rookie QB, and now a 200 year old vet QB that hasn't played since the Bush adminiatration and just got here 17 days ago.

Daboll is not even on the top 10 list of our problems.

He has a 1st and a 2nd (both top 40) picks at his disposal...

They dont have the talent on offense to run the most basic plays.....and the defenses are too good and sniff them out....we literallly have NO deep speed to keep teams honest.....

This is not Debolls fault...and if it was he would have been fired by now simple as that

I said qualified, not where they were drafted.

By your logic, we should bring back James Hardy (pick 41).

How are they not qualified?  Benjamin had seasons with 1008 and 941 yards his first 2 years.

Rookie stats are old news, right now Benjamin can't run or catch. As a WR I say that makes him not qualified.
