njbuff Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Let's not forget on that final drive that he was mugged. Should have been first and goal inside the 10 and we would have never had that Clay play.

billsfan89 Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 Zay will probably finish the year with about 50-55 receptions, 600 plus yards, and 5-6 TD's, that's with one of the worst QB situations in the league throwing to him. That's a legit NFL WR right there. Those numbers alone without any context are better than average WR3 numbers but factoring in the context of the season that's even more impressive. If Zay can be a solid WR2 that 2017 draft will have provided 2 good to great starters on both sides of the ball all at fairly critical positions.
ddaryl Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 I never understood the impatience with Zay from this forum. 1

Watching Zay these last 4 games are going to be very interesting. He has continued to improve but now he is facing a new challenge. As crazy as it sounds Zay will be getting the best DBs covering him. He will be the Bills #1 receiver with KB gone. Another good reason to get KB off the team. We get to see how good Zay might be.
GreggTX Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 I don't know. He had 4 catches, but was targeted 9 times. He made 3 great plays, but what about the others? Unfortunately, I'm overseas and won't be able to watch the games until I get back.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Lets go Zay. Bring it to the house today!!!
Kmart128 Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 Not yet but he is getting there. This kid had so much potential coming out. Can't wait to see what he can do next year. And hopefully we will have a true #1 WR next year that can give him more space to operate. Curious today to see if he plays split end. When we drafted him I always thought that Split End was is most natural position. But we have always had to put him in as a Flanker or slot do to not having anyone to fill those positions and Benjamin was a split end as well.

Gunsgoodtime Posted December 9, 2018 Posted December 9, 2018 (edited) Zay continues to drop too many passes. We need to try to upgrade the Wr position really bad. I have more faith in Foster and McKenzie. Edited December 9, 2018 by Gunsgoodtime
