Hey shitlibs, what do you think about the CIA?

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/may/05/cia-director-bolsonaro-brazil-voting-system-election

Quote

The CIA director William Burns urged Jair Bolsonaro to stop questioning his country’s voting system, it has been claimed, amid growing fears the Brazilian president might refuse to accept defeat in this year’s election.

Congrats on being spook pawns, you simple *****.

We need to heed these words or else the Democrats will continue to drag us into a similar situation Brazil has faced with the last 15 years.

Agree'd but how do you fix stupid ? I know you can slow it down with a 2x4 but that's about it .

Things such as Facts, Numbers, or even a eye witness could stand in front of those people that voted for this wing nut or any one that alines with him & they would look you right in the face & say 1 of 2 things either .

He's doing a great job OR This is all due to Trumps policy & he's just trying to fix his screw ups .

So how can you get through stupid i don't really see that you can when your dumber than a stump & can't see what's right before your eyes for exactly what it is they won't allow things to be right .

Then if you get someone in place that has the balls to make the right kind of change both sides jump against them we've been watching that for the last 6 years even after the dudes out of office they still are on a campaign to make it look at all costs as if the way they are going is right & he's wrong .

Good news in Brazil.

No votes at all for a candidate at some centers.

A former talk radio host retweets a substack author.  Because a substack author retweeted a random screencap.  That was posted on a Portuguese language twitter account based in Florida, operated by a graphic designer.

Yeaaaaaah, I'm not going to be outraged by this.  And whoever is president of Brazil dosen't affect me in any meaningful way.  So I'm not going to bother screaming at my countrymen or pointing fingers at my own government about it.   They had an election, a guy lost and a guy won and maybe? it wasn't 100% above board but who ***** cares?

Democracy is the worst system of government on the planet, except for all the other ones.

Gee, I would have thought that someone with "coffee" in their name would have been more concerned about Brazil.

Zing!   Good one B!

But seriously, this is a Brazilian problem, if it's even a problem. Life is too short.

HOW’S THAT CENSORSHIP WORKING OUT FOR YOU, BRAZIL?

Glenn Greenwald on about the Brazilian supreme court’s authoritarianism over speech, with 10 members of its Congress banned from social media by order of the court.

Meanwhile, Brazilians made January 8 of this year a real version of what everyone pretends January 6, 2021, was in D.C. It’s almost like people think a government that silences its opponents lacks legitimacy!
