brianthomas Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 I was just on NFL.com & clicked on an article about potential trade deadline moves & saw fan favorite Tyrod Taylor mentioned with Buffalo being a potential landing spot. Not only to be an upgrade over Derek Anderson but to serve as a mentor for Allen. Its almost too funny to think about but #1 is it conceivable & #2 do you think Tyrod would even be open to come back here? With how sick i am about all the Tyrod debates these past few years, its ironic for me to even make this post. But I'm curious as to what some of you guys think. Here's the short write up from NFL.com: 1
boater Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 To answer your Qs: #1 = Is it conceivable? No. He has about 8 games left under contract. Also he wants to be the starter.. no way he "mentors" Josh Allen. #2 = Would Tyrod be open? Who the hell cares, he's under contract and can be traded to the North Pole if desired. What he wants is little of the equation.
ColoradoBills Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Chance is pretty much zero but thanks for the TT thread, it's a pleasant break from the Mahomes threads! 8

yungmack Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Unless the Bills have decided to tank it, it makes sense. Peterman's no good, Allen's hurt and in over his head and I wouldn't be shocked if Anderson retires Tuesday morning. I don't think TT will happen though. 1 1

Augie Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Won’t happen. But I’d almost like to see it purely for the humor value. Then I think again, and dread all the EXTRA Mahomes threads that would pop up daily. THAT would be unbearable! 1

H2o Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Though I would take him over NP and DA, TyROD will never be back in a Bills uni again.
Steptide Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 I'd rather sign Jeff tuel to start the rest of the season than see Tyrod back with the bills
frostbitmic Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 Do we even have enough cap space to trade for him ? I doubt he'd be a happy camper here for a 2nd tenure.
